Structural and carpentry: replacing fascia boards and worn timber, attending to cracks and underpinning the foundation, and constructing a new kitchen as per plan. The foundation underpinning is the line to weigh carefully — it is open-ended remedial work, and the notice gives no crack survey or extent.
