The equipment: one standalone heavy-duty multifunctional monochrome printer (print, scan, copy) and one laptop with a Core i5 processor or equivalent. The consumables: 8 original or genuine toner cartridges for an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4303fdw, and 2 original cartridges for the heavy-duty printer being bought. Genuine cartridges are specified twice, so compatibles are out. The awkward part is the cartridge line for the new printer — you cannot price 2 genuine cartridges until you know which printer you are supplying, so your printer choice and that line are linked. The printer itself carries no page-per-minute rating, paper capacity or duty cycle, which is what "heavy duty" would normally mean. Bid validity is 60 days rather than the usual 30.
