PROCUREMENT OF FOOD PROVISIONS AND TOILETRIES
The Attorney General's Office wants a large refreshments order — 6 500 cans of soft drink, 6 000 waters, 1 280 x 2kg sugar, 800 powdered milks and 750 cookie packs — quoted in USD payable in ZiG. Bids close 8 September 2026 at 23:35 CAT.
The Office of the Attorney General is buying food provisions and toiletries at scale. The biggest lines are 6 500 330ml soft drink cans, 6 000 500ml waters, 1 280 2kg packs of sugar, 800 400g Everyday powdered milks, 750 2kg packs of Proton cookies and 600 packs of sanitary pads. Also in it: 480 one-litre Ceres juices, 360 200g Jacobs coffees, 300 two-litre Mazoe orange crush, 300 Mazoe blackberry, 300 tea bags, and 100 each of Pledge furniture cream in 300ml and 180ml — the listing records the second of those as air freshener rather than the 180ml cream. The notice is blunt about compliance: prices must be quoted in USD payable at the interbank rate in ZiG, quoted exactly as requested, and it states that failing to follow the instructions leads to disqualification. Delivery is to AG Stores within 30 days, funded from the Treasury regular budget allocation. The full tender document was not available to us — only the fields published on the portal listing.
