Provision of Decor and related services for the CSR borehole handover events at Mubvurungwa and Dimbiti Clinics
Petrozim Line wants decor and related services for two borehole handover events — one at Mubvurungwa Clinic in Rusape and one at Dimbiti Clinic in Marondera district. Bids close 29 September 2026 at 14:00 CAT.
Petrozim Line is holding two community borehole handover events and needs decor and related services at both: Mubvurungwa Clinic in Rusape town, and Dimbiti Clinic in Marondera district. Each site is priced as its own lump sum, so a bidder can quote them separately. What the decor is to cover is not published. There is no guest count, no tenting, staging, seating, PA or branding schedule, and no event date — and the lines are filed under a tents code without a tent actually being specified. Delivery is given as 14 days. The full tender document was not published where we can read it, and for a lump-sum event package the scope is the tender. Download it from the source before pricing.
Moderate effort to bid.
Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.
