ZPC RFQ 20169771

Zimbabwe Power Company wants 3 pouches and keyboards for the 13-inch iPad Pro (M5, 2025), delivered to Hwange Power Station within 7 days. Bids close 4 September 2026 at 15:00 CAT.

Pouches and keyboards for three iPad Pro tablets at Hwange Power Station, specified as the 2025 13-inch M5 model. Delivery is within 7 days, funded from internally generated funds, with quotations valid for 30 days. The full tender document was not available to us — the above is from the published notice. Download the RFQ from the source before quoting, because pouches and keyboards sit on one line at quantity 3, so whether that means three of each or three items in total is not resolved.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• Pouches and keyboards are combined on a single line at quantity 3, so whether three sets or three individual items are wanted is unclear.
• The notice does not say whether an Apple keyboard or a third-party one is acceptable, and the price difference is large.
• It does not say whether the keyboard must connect by Smart Connector or Bluetooth.
• The model is named precisely, so the fit is narrow — check accessory availability for that exact size and generation.
• The line is filed under cellular telephone services rather than tablet accessories.
