SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL
Airports Company of Zimbabwe wants a three-year fuel framework across nine airports — 60 500 litres in total, from 10 000L bulk diesel at RGM International down to 500L of petrol at several. Bids close 9 October 2026 at 11:00 CAT.
The Airports Company of Zimbabwe is setting up a framework agreement for fuel supply and delivery across its network, with each airport and fuel grade priced separately. Robert Gabriel Mugabe International takes 10 000 litres of bulk diesel, 9 000 of e-diesel and 2 000 of e-petrol. Victoria Falls International has two bulk diesel lines of 10 000 and 5 000 litres, and Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International takes 3 000 of bulk diesel. The smaller fields follow the same pattern of e-diesel with a petrol line behind it: Grand Reef at 5 000 and 3 000, Masvingo at 3 000 and 500, Charles Prince at 2 000 and 500, Kariba at 2 000 and 500, Buffalo Range at 2 000 and 500, and Hwange National Park at 2 000 and 2 000. The framework runs three years, funded from internally generated funds. It is run as competitive bidding with 90-day bid validity.
