The Airports Company of Zimbabwe is buying design, printing and delivery of signage in two parts. The customer service charter comes framed: 85 A0 frames in Shona and 85 in isiNdebele, plus 37 A3 frames in each language — 244 framed items in total. The QHSE policy is printed on 350gsm gloss without frames: 90 at A3, 60 at A2 and 10 at A0. Delivery is to Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport over three months, funded from internally generated funds. It is run as a competitive bidding method with 90-day bid validity.
