Airports Company of Zimbabwe wants a three-year framework for servicing, refilling and replacing fire extinguishers, hose reels and suppression systems across all its airports, in five lots. Bids close 30 September 2026 at 11:00 CAT.

A three-year framework agreement, with call-off contracts, for repair and maintenance of fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment at every Airports Company of Zimbabwe airport. The listing runs to 68 line items grouped into five lots by airport. Lot 1 covers Robert Gabriel Mugabe International and Grand Reef: about 275 DCP, 145 CO2 and 110 water extinguishers to service, plus 180 hose reels in the terminal and six 50 kg apron units. Lot 2 is Charles Prince, a small set of DCP, CO2, foam and water units. Lot 3 is Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International: servicing, refilling and replacing extinguishers of every type, hose reels, fire buckets and blankets. Lot 4 is Victoria Falls and Hwange: about 94 DCP and 69 CO2 units, plus FM-200 gas refills of 33, 37 and 76 kg, 36 hose reel wet tests, and a sprinkler and a flooding system to service.
