The staples are 64 units of 10kg mealie meal, 52 units of 2kg rice, 96 units of 500g sugar beans, and 26kg of soya chunks. The cooking lines are 48 units of 2-litre cooking oil, 25 units of 2kg sugar, 5 units of 500g margarine and 15 units of 2kg salt. The rest is 10 units of 500g mixed fruit jam, 5 units of 250g tea bags and 49 units of 410g tomato puree. That is roughly 640kg of mealie meal and 100 litres of oil — a real catering order.
