The items: 10 ZOU-branded Mandy tablecloths at 4.5m x 2.5m, 132 ZOU-branded lanyards with portrait pockets at 95mm x 120mm, 100 ushering name tags with fastening pins on 90mm x 55mm paper or cardstock, 72 photographer portrait IDs and 60 media portrait IDs, both on 80mm x 110mm paper or cardstock. Every line carries its dimensions and material, which is far better than most print notices on this board — this one can be quoted directly. What is missing is only the artwork. It is run as a competitive bidding method with a 30-day delivery period, quotes valid 30 days. Note ZOU has a companion notice on the board for graduation invitation cards.
