ELB/2026/

Epworth Local Board wants a surge protector and HDMI cabling delivered to its offices off Chiremba Road within seven days. Bids close 6 October 2026 at 08:00 CAT.

Epworth Local Board is buying a surge protector and HDMI cable, delivered to 1038 off Chiremba Road within seven days on internally generated funds. Both lines carry a quantity of one, although the second reads HDMI cables in the plural, so whether one cable or several are wanted is not quite settled. Neither item is specified. A surge protector could be a plug-in strip or a panel-mounted device — the line is coded as a surge protector panel, which points to the latter — and no joule rating, number of outlets or voltage is given. The HDMI cable has no length and no version. The reference is also published incomplete, as ELB/2026/ with no number after it. The full tender document was not available to us, so download it from the source.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• No tender document fee — the bid form fee is listed as 0
• Bids must stay valid for 30 days

• The reference is published as ELB/2026/ with no number, which makes the notice hard to cite in a quotation
• No joule rating, outlet count or mounting type is given for the surge protector, and the code suggests a panel device rather than a plug-in strip
• The HDMI line has no length or version, and reads as plural against a quantity of one
• Both the description and the line item misspell HDMI as HMDI
