Mutoko Rural District Council is buying building tools through competitive bidding, from internally generated funds. The kit is two each of builders line, corner squares, 1200mm spirit levels, trowels, 2000mm aluminium straightedges, plastic floats, iron floats and plastic hook boards, plus one internal and one external corner tool, one 100m hose pipe, one 10m steel tape measure and one PVC tape measure.
