The Ministry of Local Government and Public Works is buying plumbing materials for Gweru State House. On the brass and galvanised side it wants two 25mm and two 32mm brass gate valves, four 25mm GMS barrel nipples, six 25mm GMS elbows and two 25mm GMS tees. On copper it wants 10 20mm capillary elbows, eight 20mm male-to-iron capillary adapters and three lengths of 20mm copper tube. On plastics, one length of 40mm PVC pipe, two 40mm poly-to-poly compression adapters, three 40mm poly male adapters and a 40mm-to-32mm poly compression reducer. Sundries are four rolls of heavy duty thread tape, two 115mm masonry cutting discs and one 190g handy gas cartridge. Delivery is to Public Works, Stand 1084, 2nd Street, Gweru, with a 45-day delivery period, funded from the Treasury regular budget allocation.
