PROCUREMENT OF GRASS CUTTING SPARES
Municipality of Marondera wants grass cutting spares — a blade beam, 2 complete blade sets, bolts, nuts and bushes, plus a box mower — within 3 days. Bids close 29 September 2026 at 10:00 CAT.
The Municipality of Marondera is buying spares for its grass cutting equipment. The lines are 1 grass cutting blade beam, 2 units described as complete with a new set of blades, 2 sets of bolts and nuts, 2 bushes, and 1 grass cutting box mower. The last line stands out: a box mower is a machine, not a spare, and it sits in a notice titled "grass cutting spares" without any specification. No machine make or model is published anywhere, and mower blades are model-specific. Delivery is to Marondera within 3 days, funded from internally generated funds. The full tender document was not available where we read this, so the detail above comes from the published notice alone. Download the document from the eGP portal before quoting.
