The tiling is 40 boxes of 400 x 400mm white porcelain tiles, 160 bags of 20kg tile cement, 6 units of 5kg grout, 10 spacers and 60 edge strips at 2.5m. The plumbing is 10 ELF cisterns, 10 x 15mm stop cocks, 6 x 15mm bib taps, 8 x 15mm pillar taps, 5 x 15mm flush masters, 5 x 110mm toilet wax rings, 8 x 15mm flexible connectors, 10 rolls of thread tape, 4 x 50mm PVC VSPs, 4 brass gate valves, 3 x 50mm to 25mm PVC reducers and 2 x 50mm PVC equal tees. The structural lines are 8 nine-metre treated poles, 4 more nine-metre treated transmission poles, 15 lengths of 152 x 38 x 6m roofing timber, 30 lengths of 228 x 38 x 6m roofing timber, 10 reinforcement bars at 12mm, 5 deformed bars at 6mm, 30 bags of cement (20 of 32.5% PPC and 10 more at 50kg), 8kg of six-inch wire nails, 15kg of safe top nails, 6kg of 4mm tying wire and 5kg of burnt wire. Delivery is to Chipinge Town Council within 7 days, funded from internally generated funds.
