The plumbing is copper and PVC: 15mm copper capillary elbows, female elbows and tees, three garden taps, 50mm PVC waste pipe with elbows and a tee, a copper pipe cutter, soldering wire and flux, thread tape and a gas canister. The electrical side is 15 single and 10 double 15Amp wall sockets, and there is one 700 x 1155mm clear window pane.
