Zimbabwe Power Company wants a 200-seater tent and 100 chairs hired for October cancer awareness day at Bulawayo Power Station but no event date is given. Bids close 8 September 2026 at 10:00 CAT.

Hire of a 200-seater tent and 100 chairs for the October cancer awareness day celebrations at Bulawayo Power Station. The period is 30 days, funded from internally generated funds, with quotations valid for 30 days. The full tender document was not available to us — download the RFQ from the source before quoting, because no event date is published and the tent and chair numbers do not match each other.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• The tent seats 200 but only 100 chairs are asked for — worth confirming whether more seating is expected from elsewhere.
• The notice says October but gives no date, so when the tent is actually needed is unresolved.
• No tent type is specified — framed, pole or stretch — and no lining, flooring or decor requirement.
• The notice does not say whether erection, dismantling and standby are included in the hire.
• ZPC has two other quotations for the same event — cooler boxes and a DJ and PA system.
