Chitungwiza Central Hospital wants 1 000 two-piece chicken and chips meals supplied and delivered over 30 days. Bids close 4 September 2026 at 11:00 CAT.

One thousand two-piece chicken and chips meals for Chitungwiza Central Hospital, over a delivery period of 30 days. Funding is the GoZ Treasury regular budget allocation and quotations stay valid 30 days. It is filed under catering services. The full tender document was not available to us — the above is from the published notice. Download the RFQ from the source before quoting, because the delivery pattern is the whole question here: 1 000 hot meals cannot arrive at once, and the notice does not say how they should be scheduled.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• The notice gives no delivery schedule — 1 000 hot meals over 30 days implies repeated drops, but how many at a time, and on what days, is not stated.
• No portion size is given for the chips, and no indication of whether packaging, sauces or drinks are included.
• It does not say whether the meals are served on site or delivered packaged.
• The notice states no food handling, health certificate or hygiene requirement, which for prepared hot food supplied to a hospital will normally be in the document.
