Moderate effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• No tender document fee — the notice lists the bid form fee as 0.

• No terms of reference appear in the notice — no scope, no competitor set, no deliverables, no report format and no indication of whether primary research is expected. A lump-sum price cannot be built from this.
• SAZ is a standards body with a mixed commercial and regulatory role; the notice does not say which of its service lines the analysis covers.
• The delivery period is given as 1 year, which suggests ongoing or repeated reporting rather than a single study.
• SAZ has a separate market share analysis survey notice on the board — the two may be related scopes.
