Window frames are 16 FC4H standard dressed with 25mm burglar flat bars, 5 FE2H, 2 FE1H, 2 FC4F with burglar bars, and 1 FC1H with burglar bars. The roofing lines are asbestos cement sheeting, which is a regulated material in handling, transport and disposal — worth confirming the council's requirements before pricing.
