Finishing and roofing makes up the rest: 80 square metres of ceiling board, 20 metres of 38x38 brandering, 20 six-metre cover strips, 80 litres of white ceiling paint, 12 corrugated asbestos sheets at 3.6m, 6 timber beams at 6m x 150 x 50mm, 120 metres of roof plaster, 15 solid exterior doors with locks, 8 additional door locks, and assorted nails. Delivery is within 3 days of award, which is the hard part of this one — it is a builder's merchant order, not a single item.
