Parliament of Zimbabwe wants 25 original HP toner cartridges — 15 of the 26A and 10 of the 55A — delivered to Mount Hampden. Bids close 21 September 2026 at 08:00 CAT.

Twenty-five original HP toner cartridges for the Parliament of Zimbabwe: 15 HP 26A and 10 HP 55A, delivered to Mount Hampden. "Original" is stated twice, in the title and the description, so compatibles are out — this is a genuine-cartridge supply and your pricing has to reflect that. It is run as a competitive bidding method rather than a quotation, so expect the fuller bid pack. Delivery within 7 days, quotes valid 30 days. The full tender document was not available to us; note the catalogue maps both lines to an HP CE255A while the descriptions say 26A and 55A, so confirm the part numbers from the document at the source.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• No tender document fee is stated on the notice (bid form fee shown as 0).

• Original HP cartridges are explicitly required — compatibles will not qualify.
• Both lines are catalogued as HP CE255A while the descriptions name 26A and 55A, which are different cartridges.
• Run as competitive bidding, so the compliance pack is heavier than a 25-cartridge order suggests.
