Paper is the bulk of it: 300 reams of A4 bond, 150 reams of A4 newsprint and 30 reams of A3 bond, plus 200 A4 exercise books of 72 pages and 200 three-quire counter books. Pens run to 500 blue and 300 red Claro ballpoints. It also wants 50 packs of blue carbon paper, 45 desk calendars, 45 A5 diaries, 12 A4 diaries, 30 standard staplers and four heavy duty staplers. On consumables it wants original toners: 20 HP 83A, 10 Canon 070, five HP 26A and five 106A. Delivery is to Chegutu District Hospital over six months, funded from internally generated funds.
