POST171-26

Zimbabwe Posts wants 4 Pantum BP2300W A4 mono laser printers delivered to stores at Harare Main Post Office within 7 days. Bids close 10 September 2026 at 16:00 CAT.

Four Pantum BP2300W A4 mono laser printers for Zimbabwe Posts. The model is named exactly, which makes this simple to price if you carry Pantum. Nothing published says whether starter toner, cables or a warranty period beyond the standard are expected, and on entry-level lasers the bundled toner yield is worth confirming. A note on the reference: POST171-26 appears on at least two other Zimbabwe Posts listings — one for toner cartridges and one for vehicle engines. Confirm the correct reference with the entity before submitting, because a quotation filed against the wrong one is easily lost. Delivery is within 7 days on internally generated funds. The full tender document was not available where we read this, so download it from the source before quoting.

Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• Bid form fee is listed as 0. No document fee and no bid security are mentioned in what was published.

• The reference POST171-26 is shared with at least two other Zimbabwe Posts listings, for toner and for engines.
• A single named model with no equivalent-accepted wording.
• Nothing says whether cables, starter toner or extended warranty are included.
