Maphisa District Hospital is buying a mixed list of surgical sundries and laboratory consumables. On the ward side: crepe bandages in 50, 75, 100 and 150mm, sterile gloves size 7.5, elbow-length gloves, surgical face masks, 2ml syringes, size 5 NG tubes, Foley catheters in 16fg and 18fg, urine bags, 50mm plaster of paris, O vicryl RC and RB sutures in boxes of 12, an oxygen gauge with humidifier and a neonate weighing scale. On the laboratory side: a gram stain kit, H-pylori tests, selenite, motility and peptone media, HbA1c on Finecare, Humatrol normal and pathological controls, and 3.5ml Rohren tubes. It also wants silver sulfadiazine 1% cream, glycerine and ichthammol, salbutamol solution and bin liners. Delivery is to Maphisa District Hospital within 14 days, funded from a regular agency fund.
