The pipes: 117 lengths of 200mm diameter GI pipe at 6 metres, flanged, and 39 lengths of 400mm diameter GI pipe at 6 metres, flanged both ends. That is roughly 936 metres of pipe, most of it large diameter. The valves and fittings: 2 200mm cast iron gate valves, 4 100mm flanged valves, 5 80mm cast iron air valves, 5 200mm cast iron RRJ hydrants, 10 200mm TCP, 3 200mm long radius 90-degree steel bends, 10 200mm GI weld-on flanges and one 200mm PN20 cast iron bulk water meter. The fixings: 1 000 M20 x 60mm bolts and nuts, 200 M20 x 80mm, 100 M20 x 120mm and 5 units of 3mm insertion rubber. The consumables: 75 units of 8 gauge welding rods, 10 cutting discs and 10 grinding discs at 230mm, 9 oxygen refills at 22kg and 3 acetylene refills at 28kg. The gas refills are the line to check — refills normally mean exchanging your own cylinders, so confirm whether ZPC supplies the empties.
