Hwange Rural District Council is buying traffic management and toll signage under ERRP funding. The traffic control items are eight reflective ROAD WORKS AHEAD signs with supports and fittings, eight MEN AT WORK signs, four temporary 40km/h and 20km/h speed limit signs, two ONE LANE CLOSED signs and 30 750mm reflective cones. The main item is two ZINARA toll fee information boards, approximately 2 400 x 1 800mm, in 3mm aluminium composite or approved galvanised steel with high-intensity retro-reflective vinyl graphics, UV-resistant lettering, the ZINARA-approved tariff schedule, vehicle class symbols and both USD and ZWG charges — supplied, manufactured, delivered and erected with galvanised SHS or RHS posts, concrete foundations, bracing and all fittings, including excavation and making good.
