The drainage is 42 metres of 110mm PVC with six pan connectors, two gulley P-traps with heads and grids, one tee junction, five 90-degree bends with inspection eyes, eight plain 90-degree bends, eight Y junctions, two 45-degree bends, two rodding eyes and one vent valve, plus six metres of 50mm PVC with five elbows and a tee junction, and 12 metres of 25mm PVC.
