Low effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• No tender document fee — the notice lists the bid form fee as 0.

• No capacity, dimensions, temperature range or whether it is for pharmacy, vaccine or kitchen use is stated — and a vaccine-grade chiller is a different machine and price from a kitchen display fridge.
• The line item is filed under "Refrigeration system analyzer", a diagnostic instrument rather than a fridge; the title and description are the reliable guide here.
