Mutare Polytechnic wants a 7m x 12m VIP stage, 20cm high, hired for 2 days for its 2026 graduation. Bids close 23 September 2026 at 09:00 CAT.

Hire of a VIP stage for the Mutare Polytechnic 2026 graduation: 7 metres by 12 metres, 20cm high, for 2 days. The dimensions and the hire period are both given, which is enough to price the deck. What is not said is whether delivery, setup, skirting, steps, a ramp and breakdown are in the rate — on stage hire those usually are, but the notice does not confirm it, and the work is in Mutare. The period field reads 30 days against a 2-day hire, so confirm which applies. Quotes stay valid 30 days. The full tender document was not available to us; download it from the source for the setup scope and the venue access.

Low effort to bid.
