SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURE
AFC Holdings wants seven ergonomic chairs for Hurudza — two to an exact ERG 401 specification rated to 180kg and five more described only as having a headrest. Bids close 9 October 2026 at 11:00 CAT.
AFC Holdings is buying ergonomic office chairs for delivery to Hurudza over three months, on internally generated funds. The first two are specified in unusual detail: an ERG EWS ERG 401 with a backrest moulded to support the spine's natural curves, reclining and locking into infinite positions, a synchronised support mechanism rated to 180kg, a seat in high-density automotive foam waterfalled at the front to avoid pressure behind the knees, and height and tilt adjustable cushioned armrests. The other five lines are the opposite: five ergonomic chairs with a headrest, and nothing more. A bidder has to decide whether the detailed specification carries across to them or whether any headrest chair qualifies, and that decision could change the price several times over.
