The cardio is two Trojan 105 treadmills or equivalent, one Trojan Elliptical Orbit 250 and two Trojan spin bike 140s. The strength items are one multi-station Trojan Power Gym, one Trojan Elite bench, three pairs each of adjustable 15kg, 5kg, 7.5kg hex and 10kg hex dumbbells. The rest is two standalone punching bags, five pairs of boxing gloves and two 75cm yoga balls, with the list truncating there.
