ZUPCO is commissioning valuations of five company houses, over 30 days on internal budget funding. The properties are in four towns: house 311 at 3 Nyati Road, Chiredzi; house 198 at 7 Nyanga Road in Rusape low density; house 1170 in Vengere township, Rusape, formerly stand 259; a house at Rolf Valley, 8 Elston Road, Chisipite, Harare; and a property in Chikangwe township, Karoi. The addresses are given three times over in the notice and they do not fully agree. The Chisipite property appears as stand 4 in one field and stand 41 in another; the Karoi property as stands 579 to 581 in one place and stand 685 in another. A valuer needs those settled before mobilising. The purpose of the valuation is not stated either — sale, insurance, book value or mortgage all call for different reports.
