The delivery period is 90 days and bid validity is 90 days, funded from the regular agency fund under the competitive bidding method. A bid security of 10 000 is required, the largest currently on this board. The full tender document was not available where we read this, so the fields above are everything that was published. Download the document from the source before quoting.

High effort to bid.

Written from the published notice — the full tender document was not available to us. Download it from the source before bidding: eligibility rules, fees and specifications may only appear there.

• Bid security of 10 000 - the notice does not state the currency

• No floor area, structural drawings or bill of quantities is published, so a whole floor of a commercial building would be priced blind.
• Building an upper floor onto an existing mall depends entirely on what the existing columns and slab were designed to carry, and nothing published addresses that.
• No site visit or pre-bid meeting is mentioned even though the work is an addition to a standing building.
• A bid security of 10 000 is required and the currency is not stated.
