Appointment of Members - Cottco Holdings Limited
Ernest T. Denhere joins the Cottco Holdings board as an additional member for four years from 1 April 2025, taking the cotton company's board to ten.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Mutapa Investment Fund has appointed Ernest T. Denhere as an additional member of the COTTCO Holdings Limited board, for four years with effect from 1 April 2025.
With that appointment the full board is ten people: Sifelani Jabangwe (Chairman), Dr Onai Muvingi (Vice Chairman), Rockie Mutenha, Dr Mildred T. Mushunje, Medlinah Mugwenzi, Mavis Marongwe, Cynthia Tapera, Raphael R. Ranganayi, Rufaro O. Hatendi and Ernest T. Denhere.
Cottco is the state cotton company and the main buyer of seed cotton from smallholder growers, so its board composition matters to farmers and to the input schemes run through it.
