Clemency Order No. 1 of 2025
The President has pardoned former High Court judge Benjamin Paradza for his 2006 conviction on two counts of corruption, by Clemency Order No. 1 of 2025.
The President has made a clemency order under section 112(1)(a) and (b) of the Constitution, granting a pardon to Benjamin Paradza.
The pardon is in respect of his conviction in Case No. CRB 152/2004 on two counts of corruption, handed down on 9 January 2006 by the High Court of Zimbabwe sitting at Harare.
